- Training took place over a two year period – with adjustments made to the content to keep it current and future focused.
- The programme consisted of essential theory and videoed skills practice over two days, focusing on how to get the best thinking out of a group.
- Feedback from the client consistently showed a high level of skills and knowledge transfer as a result of the training.
